How can I get sleep study results?
If a sleep technician has not contacted you and you do not have an upcoming appointment you can call the office after 6 PM at 352-867-9877 extension 1102.
Will a member of your staff contact me about my referral?
Yes, please allow us 2 weeks to process your referral before contacting us unless your referral is STAT.
How much will my appointment cost?
You can request that the billing department provide an estimated cost however please be aware this is only what we can assume how the insurance will process the claim and you may owe more than the estimate.
How do I get a prescription refill?
We prefer to refill your medications at the time of your office visit. Due to the high volume of refill requests that we receive daily, it may take us up to 48 hours to call, fax or electronically send your prescription. The best way is to contact us by email at info@fncsolstice.com.
For faster prescription refill service, we suggest calling your pharmacy and asking them to contact us with your prescription request.
How long does it take to get authorization for a procedure if needed?
Every insurance varies but we are usually able to obtain them within 5-10 business days.
